Reserve a group visit in advance. The theater says it sends reservation confirmation within two business days.
Cost & Registration
School-group admission is $5 per person. Two or more shows on the same day receive 20% off. One teacher or chaperone is free per ten paying tickets. Submit the online reservation request; payment is due on arrival.
About This Deal
Home schools qualify for the theater’s school-group reservations. Groups select a show from its catalog and can pair it with a live Star Talk or Uniview presentation. The show-and-presentation combination lasts about an hour. Reservations require at least 20 paying students and allow no more than 180 people, including adults.
Mayborn Science Theater sits on the Central Texas College campus in Killeen. Its programs explore space and science through immersive theater experiences. Smaller homeschool groups can use public shows when they cannot meet the reservation minimum.
