Homeschool Deals Expands to North Carolina

Homeschool Deals is now in North Carolina. The first release has more than 70 listings for field trips, classes, co-ops, sports, museums, and other local learning options.

The catalog began in Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham, and the Triad. It now also includes Asheville and Wilmington. That gives families a useful place to start, while we keep adding venues across the state.

Why North Carolina

North Carolina has a large home-school community and a wide mix of local education programs. The state reported 95,190 home schools and an estimated 152,897 students for the 2025-26 school year.

Families can find formal homeschool classes, group programs, museums, outdoor learning, and independent activities. The hard part is often finding the local details. That is what this directory is for.

Where to look first

Charlotte

Nature study, gymnastics, art classes, sports, and homeschool co-ops across the Charlotte area.

Raleigh-Durham

Museum classes, science programs, woodworking, homeschool groups, and activities in the Triangle.

The Triad
